CHRIS ITULE - PRESIDENT

 

As President, Mr. Itule guides the strategic direction and positioning of the company, spearheading its ongoing growth. He is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing acquisitions for the company. Since 2003, Mr. Itule has acquired a vast set of experiences in all facets of commercial real estate including acquisitions, property management, entitlement, development and asset management. 

 

Mr. Itule graduated from the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development with a minor in Political Science.  He holds a brokerage license from the State of California and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
